Everything I've written about Bozeman schools, in one place: the parent guides, what the school board actually does, and the 2027 election.
None of this is official. I'm a parent who kept running into questions, so I looked things up and wrote them down. Where I couldn't confirm something, I say so.

Agenda packets go up at least 48 hours ahead on the district's board agendas page, which is also where the current meeting schedule lives.
I read the packets and write plain-English previews and recaps.
Interactive versions of the things above: a levy calculator you can put your own home value into, the policy explorer, a services catalog, the subscribable calendar, and a map of who decides what. They live on the bench.
Every official source behind these guides is listed on one page, grouped by who runs it, with notes on what each one covers and where two of them list different things: Sources.
Worth knowing even if you never read anything else here. It's the district's enrollment page, the bus registration form and where it lives, the two kidsLINK pages and what each one covers, and the Montana statutes that decide what a levy costs you.
I'm a Bozeman parent writing independently, not affiliated with BSD7. Every dated claim links its source, and derived numbers are labeled as estimates. If I've gotten something wrong, tell me and I'll fix it: patrick@patrickzimny.com.
